Cuts |
| |
Frogs can injure themselves in
a variety of ways. The most common is abrasion
with objects in their enclosure. Read about frogs
with skin problems for more information regarding
this topic. If you house more than one frog in
a single enclosure it is also possible that they
may injure each other.
Keeping the stress level of your frog down can
go a long way in avoiding cuts. When frogs become
stressed they have a tendency to move around wildly
which obviously increases the risk of it hurting
itself. If the frog becomes stressed and tries
to escape it will also increase the risk of injury.
