Skin Problems |
| |
Since frogs are very active they
can commonly cut themselves on ordinary objects
within their enclosure. Frogs have a tendency
to jump around and rub their bodies against anything
that can be found in their habitat. These wounds
can easily become infected or be the source of
various infections. When deciding which objects
you will place in your frogs habitat take care
in ensuring they cannot easily cause injury.
Anti-fungal compounds can be useful in reducing
the risk of fungi induced diseases. That said,
veterinarian attention is the best course of action
to ensure that you frog does not obtain any diseases. |
